My approach to therapy is informed primarily by, Buddhist Psychology, EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness, Exposure, and Creative Arts perspectives. I believe in a collaborative process, stemming from the insight gained through observation of behavior. Being a Registered Drama Therapist I will offer drama, art, and movement therapies in our work together if it will help you with your goals. I believe that all art is a gateway into our true emotions and welcome your suggestions on how you would like your work with me to grow.
If you are coming to me for DBT you will be required to learn and practice skills related to DBT. Group skills training is highly recommended.
